If a return request is accepted within the 7-day policy window due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us, return delivery arrangements will be guided by our support team. Please note that return requests beyond the 7-day period will not be accepted.
We offer a 7-day check and return/replacement policy starting from the date of delivery. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us within this 7-day window if there are any issues. Warranty can only be considered if mentioned in product description. And if its mentioned and product is of someone else like Samsung etc, you have to claim from them not from DragoncityMart.

Delivery charges start between PKR 250 and PKR 350 for lightweight items up to 3 kg. For orders exceeding 3 kg, shipping rates vary and are adjusted according to current fuel prices. The exact delivery fee for your order will be automatically updated and calculated at checkout once you add products to your cart.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) Only. No advance payment is required. You can receive your parcel at your doorstep and then pay.
Delivery within Islamabad & Rawalpindi takes 3-4 working days after order confirmation.(Excluding Sat,Sun) Our rider will contact you before delivery.
Currently, our services are available only in Islamabad & Rawalpindi. We do not deliver outside these cities at the moment. We will expand to all Pakistan soon.
